The item I want says it’s Sold Out. When will it become available again?

We hope soon! All of our clothing is designed to be trend-proof, which means that if it is a popular style, we will most likely be making more of them. Shoot us an email at transform@aeonrow.com telling us the item, size, and color you want, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

You can click on our size-guide, which is in between the size selection and quantity input on all of our product pages, to get an idea of clothing measurements. Our Size, Fit, and Care section on our product page also gives additional details about how each clothing item fits. Or shoot us an email at transform@aeonrow.com and we’ll work it out with you.

How do I care for my AEON ROW items?

In the Size, Fit, and Care section on each product page, we give you specific instructions on how to best care for each clothing item based on its material. Each clothing item also has a care label on the bottom left hand side of the garment with instructions.

For reduced environmental impact, we like to machine wash all items in cold water, and then air dry them on hanger or drying rack.

 

Revived Materials

Why do you use recycled fabrics?

We love revived fabric because it requires no land, water, chemicals, or cotton dyes to produce. This less-intense process also spares us production costs, allowing us to offer you sustainable fashion at affordable prices.

It’s a win-win, really – you get to buy beautiful, environmentally responsible clothing AND save money.

What is your alternate endings program?

We think you should be rewarded for taking action to help the planet!
For each item you buy, you can send one of your old clothing items back to us to be recycled and we’ll give you 15% off a future purchase.

After we receive your item, we’ll sort it according to best next life for it, whether it is insulation for a house or raw materials for fresh fabric in our next clothing line. That way you can rest easy knowing that your old clothing did not enter a landfill.

How do I send my old clothing back to you to be recycled?

Simple! You can recycle one clothing item for each item purchased. Once you receive your purchase in the mail, please:

    1. Put the item you’re recycling in the box that your purchased item was shipped.
    2. Don’t tape the cardboard box shut!* Instead, slide the closed box into the pre-folded brown paper wrapping.
    3. DO tape the brown paper wrapping shut. The pre-paid return label will already be applied onto the wrapping.
    4. Give it to your US Post(wo)man, or drop it off at the local USPS.

After that, please wait 4-5 business days for us to process your recycled item and receive your discount code for a future purchase.

*We’re going to use the box again to keep it green, and tape will hurt its structural integrity. Thanks for not taping the cardboard box!

I have three bags of old clothing. Can I recycle it all with you?

We wish you could! At this time, we can only recycle one item for every item purchased. However, shoot us an email at transform@aeonrow.com and we’ll see if we can help your find a place nearby to recycle or donate the rest of your old clothing. Or you can buy a bunch of our clothes ;)

Why is the return label attached to folded brown paper wrapping?

We’re doing our best to minimize our waste, and one of the primary waste items for us is boxes.

Since we know that many of our customers will want to recycle their old clothing after making a purchase from us, we’ve developed a system to keep our boxes healthy and strong so that we can use them a number of times. Instead of taping boxes, which destroys their structural integrity, we use brown paper wrapping for outgoing and incoming boxes.

We include pre-folded brown paper wrapping for recycling, and we attach our return labels to them, to make it easy for you to recycle an old clothing item with us.

Please do not ship us back empty boxes. If you have nothing to recycle or return, that's okay! Just put the box in your recycling bin.

Even if I don’t have any clothing to recycle, should I send you back the box?

Please do not ship us back empty boxes. The environmental cost of shipping would be worse than using a new box, many of which have already been used several times.

Put the box in your recycling bin or find a new use for it, like storing old love letters.

How do I get a discount on a future purchase?

Shipping and Returns

Can I get my order expedited?

At this time, we only offer standard delivery, which typically arrives in 7-10 business days, but we are working on setting up expedited delivery. Stay tuned!

How long does shipping take?

We process all orders in 1-2 business days, and then ship it via USPS. Orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days. You can track your package using the tracking code found in your shipping confirmation email.

What if I need to change my order?

No problem! But please contact us ASAP so we can try to catch your order before it leaves our facilities. You can call us at 857-302-2769, Monday – Friday 9 AM – 7 PM ET, or email us at transform@aeonrow.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, but send us an email at transform@aeonrow.com and we’ll let you know when we’re able to ship to your country.

Where's my package?

You can track your package using the tracking code found in your shipping confirmation email. Or shoot us an email at transform@aeonrow.com and we’ll be happy to give you an update.

What's your return policy?

For all unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items, we offer full refunds for items that are returned within 30 days of being purchased. We can only issue refunds to the credit card used to make the original purchase. We also offer free return shipping.
